The Ralph and Doris Wallin Scholarship is awarded to residents of Minnehaha or Lincoln County, South Dakota who are seeking a certification or associate's degree in South Dakota or within 250 miles of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Students aged 25 or younger who are enrolling in a vocational or technical institution for the first time are welcome to apply.
