The Reverend Malone Smith Jr. Endowed Scholarship is a need-based scholarship awarded to students at Livingstone College. Special consideration is given to residents of Alabama; members of the Jackson District within the West Alabama Conference of African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Zion Church; members of other districts within the West Alabama Conference of AME Zion Church; and members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, or Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
