The Robert B. Taylor Scholarship program awards need-based scholarships to graduates of a high school in Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Blanco, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, or Wilson counties in Texas. Black or African American students who are studying for a degree in the vocational field such as automotive, hospitality, or culinary arts or the field of medicine such as nursing, premed, or physician assistance are encouraged to apply.
