This program is open to Junior Civitan members in Georgia who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must submit information on their Civitan participation and 2 essays of 250 words each: 1) their opinion on why the world needs organizations like Junior Civitan and how community service has improved their live; and 2) their goals to remain active in service work in their community.
