Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Illinois and planning to enroll full-time at an accredited college, university, or vocational school in any state.

Applicants must be related to a member of the Illinois Jaycees or a JCI Senator.

Selection is based on the letter and personal statements, involvement, leadership roles, honors and awards, volunteer community service, employment, academic achievement, and financial need.
