Requirements

This program is open to South Dakota residents of a town or township that is a member of the South Dakota Association of Towns and Townships (SDATAT and are graduating high school seniors or home-schooled.

Applicants must be planning to attend a university, college, or vocational school in the state.

The application may be accompanied by up to 2 letters of support; financial need is not considered in the selection process.
