About the Scholarship

The Spectrum Scholars Program is awarded to rising college junior students identifying as Asian/Pacific Islander, Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and/or Native American. In addition to a scholarship, recipients will be provided a professional Charter mentor and an internship opportunity at one of the company’s corporate campuses in Stamford, Charlotte, St. Louis, or Denver.
