Street Tree Seminar Scholarship provides financial assistance to students working on a degree related to urban forestry at colleges in southern California.

Requirements

This program is open to undergraduates currently enrolled full-time at colleges and universities in southern California.

Applicants must be majoring in arboriculture, horticulture, or other fields of the natural sciences as preparation for a career in urban forestry.

Selection is based on that essay (15%), GPA (10%), academic and community involvement (15%), experience and professional involvement (15%), a letter from their academic adviser (10%), an oral interview (20%), and financial need (15%).
