SUNYFAP Aspirations Scholarship provides financial assistance to students enrolled at any of the branches of the State University of New York (SUNY) who qualify for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) or Temporary Protected Status (TPS).

Requirements
  • This program is open to DACA and TPS students at all SUNY campuses who have completed at least 1 year of full-time study for a bachelor's degree or 12 credit hours toward an associate degree.
  • Applicants must have graduated from a U.S. high school, completed GED certification, or have been honorably discharged from the Coast Guard or armed forces of the United States.
  • They must have a GPA of 2.7 or higher and be able to demonstrate significant financial need but not qualify for federal student aid.
