Requirements

This program is open to the children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of veterans who served during specified periods of wartime.

Applicants must be residents of Texas studying or planning to study a medical field at a postsecondary institution in the state.

Applications for these scholarships must be submitted through local units of the American Legion Auxiliary in Texas.
