Requirements

This program is open to women who have been residents of Texas for at least 2 years and have completed at least 12 hours of undergraduate study at an institution of higher learning in any state.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens who are registered to vote and have a record of Republican party activity.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
