The Billy Frank Memorial Scholarship

About the Scholarship

The Billy Frank Memorial Scholarship was established by the Frank family to honor the memory of Billy Frank. This award is given to graduating high school seniors from Teton County, Wyoming who have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement and leadership. This scholarship program is offered through the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole in partnership with the Fund for Public Education and the Teton County Scholarship Program.
