The CIRI Foundation Kick Start Scholarship is for first-time, postsecondary applicants to the CIRI Foundation who do not qualify for the other scholarships due to cumulative GPA scores. Applicants must be CIRI original enrollees or direct lineal descendants of original enrollees.
