The Clark Foundation Scholarship Program is open to graduating high school seniors in 13 designated school districts and 1 BOCES center in New York State. Most districts are in Otsego County, but some serve a small adjacent town. Applications are submitted through high school guidance departments. Students seeking an undergraduate degree are welcome to apply.

Graduating senior from a high school in the following districts of New York State: Cherry Valley-Springfield, Cooperstown, Edmeston, Gilbertsville Mt. Upton, Laurens, Milford, Morris, Mt. Markham, Owen D. Young, Richfield Springs, Schenevus, or Worcester **or**

Student enrolled at Otsego Area Occupational Center BOCES in Milford

Seeking a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree as a fulltime student

Participate in extracurricular activities or community service

Demonstrate financial need
