The Indianapolis Amateur Radio Association Scholarship provides financial assistance to Indiana residents with an active FCC-issued amateur radio license. Students planning to pursue postsecondary education in computer science, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or related fields are welcome to apply. If no qualified applicant is identified, special consideration is given to students from the ARRL Central Division (Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin).

  • Minimum 2.00 GPA
  • Resident of Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin
  • Undergraduate student
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree
  • Studying computer science, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related fields
  • Attending a 24 year college or university
  • FCCissued amateur radio license Preference is given to residents of Indiana; if no qualifying studentsĀ are found, students from the ARRL Central Division (Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin) are given preference.
