The Slater-Millner Scholars Program is offered to students enrolled in a 4-year college as a freshman to pursue a degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine. Students interested in pursuing a career as a doctor are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who reside in the state of Massachusetts. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need and good academic standing.

  • Seeking a bachelor's degree
  • Studying premedicine, allopathic, or osteopathic medicine

  • Planning to pursue a career as a doctor
  • U.S. citizen, current DACA status, pending DACA application, permanent resident, or U.S. national
  • American Indian, Alaska Native, African American, Black, Native Hawaiian, or Native Pacific Islander
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students who reside in or are permanent residents of, the state of Massachusetts.
