Requirements

This program is open to dependent children, grandchildren, and spouses of blinded veterans and active-duty blinded service members of the U.S. armed forces.

The veteran or service member must be legally blind; the blindness may be either serviceconnected or nonservice-connected.

Applicants must have been accepted or be currently enrolled as a fulltime students in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited institution of higher learning.

Preference is given to students of music or the fine arts.
