TLARGI Family and Friends Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors and current undergraduates at colleges in any state who have a connection to the rubber industry.

Requirements

This program is open to graduating high school seniors who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher or current full-time undergraduates at a 4-year college or university in any state who have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Applicants must be related to an employee in the rubber industry.

First preference is given to members of The Los Angeles Rubber Group Inc.

(TLARGI) and their children; second preference is given to nonmember employees in the southern California rubber industry and their children; third preference is given to all other applicants.

Students must submit a personal statement describing their interest in obtaining a scholarship, including their educational and professional goals, how they intend to reach those, and how they will put their training to use.
