Tom Muehlenbeck Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors who are children of members of the Texas City Management Association (TCMA) and are interested in attending college in the state.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Texas who are dependent children of TCMA members.

Applicants must have been accepted at a Texas college or university.

They must submit a 1page essay about their interests, a difficult situation they overcame, and their college and career goals.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
