This program is open to students enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in Utah and majoring in family and consumer sciences.

Applicants must have been active affiliated FCCLA members for at least 2 years and have made outstanding contributions to the organization.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and a record of leadership and school and community.
