Utah Engineers Council Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of any state studying engineering at a college or university in Utah.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of any state currently enrolled as juniors at colleges and universities in Utah that have an ABET-accredited program in engineering.

Applicants must submit brief statements on their work history; reasons why they feel their current or previous employer is preparing them for their future role as an engineer; why they feel they are a good candidate for this scholarship; why they chose engineering as a major; any pertinent scholarly accomplishments, honors, or special awards of recognition they have received; their community involvement and university activities; and what they have learned most through that involvement.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
