Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Oregon and planning to enroll at an accredited school of higher education in any state.

Applicants must perform a 10minute instrumental recital of music of their choice.

Selection is based on technique (35%), general interpretation (35%), intonation (20%), and stage presence (10%).
