The Walter Cecil Rawls Educational Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from public high schools in Franklin, Suffolk, Isle of Wight County, Southampton County, or Sussex County in Virginia, or Gates County in North Carolina. Students who have demonstrated academic ability, volunteer service, voluntary or paid work experience, and extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.
