Tenant of Westmoreland County Housing Authority Public Housing, Westmoreland Non-Profit Housing Corporation, or Section 8 housing for 12 months before the application deadline

Minimum 2.75 GPA

Resident of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania

Graduating high school senior or college student enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime, **OR**

Adult returning to college on at least a parttime basis while employed

Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
