William H. Marquardt Community Health Access Scholarship provides financial assistance to student members of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) who are dedicated to promoting accessible primary and preventive health care for underserved populations.

Requirements

This program is open to AAPA student members who have completed at least 1 semester of an accredited physician assistant program.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate 1) a strong interest in working in primary care after graduation; 2) a strong interest in participating in community health initiatives, and 3) the ability to work effectively as a team player during collaborative interprofessional experiences.
