Requirements
  • This program is open to WINGA members and their spouses and unmarried dependent children.
  • Applicants must have completed at least 1 year of college.
  • They must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college, university, technical institute, or trade or business school in any state.
  • High school seniors and graduate students are not eligible.
  • Selection is based on academic record (GPA of 3.0 or higher), extracurricular activities, community involvement, work experience, and goals.
  • Graduate education is not supported.
