The Women of Colors Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors and current college students who reside in Saginaw County, Michigan. Members of GEMS (Great Empowering Motivational Sessions) planning to pursue a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of leadership through extracurricular activities and community service. If no GEMS members qualify, applications will be accepted from non-GEMS applicants.
