Resident of District of Columbia, Prince George's County, Maryland, or Arlington or Fairfax counties, Alexandria or Falls Church, Virginia

High school seniors graduating from high schools in Alexandria, Virginia; Arlington County; Fairfax County; Falls Church; Prince William County; Prince Georges County, Maryland; Montgomery County; or Charles County, Maryland

Seeking a bachelor's degree

Attend a 4year college or university

U.S. citizen

Participation in community service, extracurricular activities, religious activities, or work
