CCA Feeder Council Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of the California Cattlemen's Association (CCA) Young Cattlemen who are attending college or graduate school to prepare for a career in the beef industry.

Requirements

This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled full-time at a junior college, 4-year college, university, law school, or veterinary school in California who are CCA Young Cattlemen members.

Applicants must be preparing for a career associated with the beef cattle industry, including production, genetics, nutrition, trade, law, agricultural communications, agricultural education, professional services, marketing, and lending.

Selection is based on that statement, academic achievement (GPA of 3.0 or higher), other activities, and financial need.

An interview may be required.
