The Cole-Mahan Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors in southwest Missouri who plan to attend college in any state, especially those whose parent is serving or has served in the military.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from 5 designated high schools in southwest Missouri and planning to enroll at an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical training school.

Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, an ACT score of 25 or higher, be able to document financial need, and have a good attendance record.

Preference is given to students who have a parent currently serving in, or has been honorably discharged from, the U.S. armed services.
