Connecticut Talent Assistance Cooperative Scholarship provides financial assistance to Connecticut residents who are participating in the Connecticut Talent Cooperative (CONNTAC) Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) program and planning to attend college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to Connecticut residents who are documented CONNTAC-EOC clients and not clients of any other TRIO program (Talent Search, Upward Bound, Student Support Services, or Ronald McNair) within Connecticut.
  • Applicants must be planning to attend a 2 or 4-year college or university in any state and the first in their family to do so.
  • They must be able to demonstrate that they are lowincome and/or have financial needs.
