The Dick and Chris Draper Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from Elgin Public High School and Pope John XXIII Central Catholic High School, in Nebraska. Students who attended one or both of these schools for all four years of high school and who demonstrate merit through academic achievement are welcome to apply.
