The Disputanta Volunteer Fire Department David Zuskin Memorial Scholarship recognizes the residents of Prince George County in Virginia. Students who participate in community service and are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply. Students seeking a degree in the medical field or training as a firefighter or emergency services provider receive special consideration. Special consideration is also given to past or present volunteers and their dependents of the Disputanta Volunteer Fire Department or any Prince George County Emergency Services Department.
