Requirements

This program is open to employees of URCA member contractors and their spouses, children, and other dependents in southern California.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll as undergraduate or graduate students at a college or university, including community college or technical school, in any state.

They may major in any field.

Selection is based on academic performance, extracurricular activities, employment experience, faculty recommendations, and financial need.
