The Dorothy and Richard Barr Westmoreland County High School Scholarship recognizes graduating high school seniors from Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania who have demonstrated community leadership and strong academic performance. Students planning to attend a vocational or technical trade school, or a 2- or 4-year college or university are welcome to apply. If there are qualified applicants, preference is given to those who demonstrate community leadership.
