Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of southern California (Inyo, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties) who are family members of or themselves suffering from bleeding disorders.
  • Applicants must be attending or planning to attend a college or vocational school in any state and major in the performing arts (e.g., art, dance, drama, film, music).
  • Priority is given to firsttime applicants and to those who have been actively involved with the Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California (HFSC).
