Requirements

This competition is open to high school seniors and current college students who reside in Auburn, Grass Valley, Nevada County, Placer County, Richmond, Rocklin, or Sacramento, California.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.

They must submit a textile project they have created, including those that use quilting, sewing, weaving, basketry, or knitting.
