The Frank E. Rogers Scholarship for Agricultural Studies program supports graduating seniors and previous graduates of the Carl M. Small Regional Agriculture Center of Southington in Connecticut. Applicants should be seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in agriculture. Students with financial need who exhibit a hardworking, determined, ambitious, and thoughtful spirit are encouraged to apply. Past recipients of the award who are currently pursuing a college degree in agriculture are eligible to apply.
