Requirements

This program is open to residents of eastern Missouri and southern Illinois who have a bleeding disorder.

Applicants must be high school seniors, high school graduates, GED recipients, or postsecondary students who are enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at an accredited vocational/technical school, college, university, or graduate school.

Selection is based on that essay, potential to succeed, academic achievement, leadership, participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, educational and career goals, how having a bleeding disorder has affected personal and family circumstances, and references.
