Requirements

This program is open to law enforcement officers and law enforcement telecommunicators in Kentucky (current, retired, or disabled) and to their survivors and dependents.

Special consideration is given to spouses and dependent children of deceased officers or telecommunicators, especially those killed in the line of duty.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a 2 or 4-year college, university, or certified vocational/trade school in any state.

They may be majoring in any field.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.
