This program is open to residents of Humboldt County, California who are graduating high school seniors or who graduated from a high school in the county within the past 7 years.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll as fulltime students at an accredited junior college, 4-year college, or vocational school.

They must be planning to major or minor in agriculture, agriculturerelated fields, or science, including teaching agriculture or related fields of science.
