Requirements

This program is open to graduate students at a university in any country who are engaged in study or research in the field of offshore mechanics or related fields of the ocean or Arctic engineering.

Applicants must submit official college transcripts and a letter of recommendation from their thesis supervising professor, department chair, or member of the sponsoring organization.

Selection is based on financial need, academic achievement, and the integrity, character, and morals of the applicant.

Preference may be given to applicants whose papers are accepted at a technical meeting supported by the sponsoring organization.
