The Josey Baker Memorial Scholarship seeks residents of Carter, Greene, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, or Washington counties in Tennessee, or Scott or Washington counties in Virginia. Graduating high school seniors, college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors who are studying agriculture or construction-related fields are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students attending a school in Tennessee or Virginia. Financial need is preferred but is not a requirement.
