Requirements

This program is open to United Methodist ethnic minority students enrolled in accredited institutions of higher education as juniors or seniors.

Applicants must be interested in preparing for a career in religious communications.

For the purposes of this program, "communications" is meant to cover audiovisual, electronic, and print journalism.

Selection is based on Christian commitment and involvement in the life of the United Methodist church, academic achievement, journalistic experience, clarity of purpose, and professional potential as a religion communicator.
