Major James and Cheryl Cunningham Scholarship provide financial assistance to high school seniors who are the children or grandchildren of members of the Alamo Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) and planning to attend college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to dependents of members of the MOAA and its Alamo Chapter who are graduating high school seniors and planning to attend a college, university, or trade/technical school in any state.

Applicants must be in the top half of their high school graduating class.

Selection is based on academic record, test scores, citizenship, leadership, community involvement, and financial need.
