The Oregon College Savings Plan Education Scholarship provides financial assistance to students in Oregon interested in preparing for a career in education.

Requirements

This program is open to students enrolled at least half time in Oregon institutions as 1) seniors or fifth-year students interested in continuing on in a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree; or 2) second-year community college students enrolled in an Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer (AAOT) or equivalent program in education.

Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher in high school or 3.25 or higher in college.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.

Recipients must be willing to participate in publicity with the Oregon 529 College Savings Network.
