Requirements

This program is open to residents of Oregon and Clark County, Washington who are of Hispanic ancestry.

Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited community college, 4year university, or graduate school in any state.

Selection is based on essays, academics, extracurricular activities, community service, extracurricular activities, community service, and letters of recommendation.

If they wish to be considered for a scholarship for lowincome families, they may also submit documentation of financial need.

U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
