Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Oregon and Clark County, Washington who are of Hispanic ancestry.
  • Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited community college, 4year university, or graduate school in any state.
  • Selection is based on essays, academics, extracurricular activities, community service, extracurricular activities, community service, and letters of recommendation.
  • If they wish to be considered for a scholarship for lowincome families, they may also submit documentation of financial need.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
