Paper and Board Division Scholarship provides financial assistance to student members of the Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI) who are majoring in a scientific or technical discipline related to the manufacture of paper and paperboard.

Requirements

This program is open to students who are members of the association, are attending college full time or participating full time in a cooperative work-study program recognized and supported by their college, are at least sophomores on the undergraduate level, are enrolled in an engineering or science program, and are able to demonstrate a significant interest in the paper industry.

Selection is based on the candidates' seriousness of purpose in pursuing a course of study related to the science and technology of the paper industry and an intent to make a career in the industry; financial need is not considered.
