Requirements

This program is open to residents of Hawaii who are of Hawaiian or part-Hawaiian descent.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll full or parttime at a college or university in any state and work on an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field.

They must have minimum GPAs of 2.0 as an incoming freshman or firstyear undergraduate, 2.5 as a continuing undergraduate, or 3.0 as a graduate student.
