The Rick Keller Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a graduating high school senior from McKeesport High School in McKeesport, Pennsylvania who plans to study for a degree in healthcare. Students who demonstrate financial need and who seek a technical certification, associate, or bachelor’s degree are welcome to apply. Students who have participated in community service receive special consideration.
